Ingredients

  • 1 half-full can of beer (any variety)
  • 35 oz shrimp, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled
  • Chili pepper (5 oz)
  • Bayleaf
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • A bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven over medium heat (nearly high), to 400-420°F beforehand. Then heat olive oil on a fry-pan. Chop 1 clove of garlic and chili pepper finely and add them into the pan along with some bayleaf. When the garlic is roasted, add shrimp into the pan. Then add some butter when the shrimp seems roasted as well.

Take bayleaf out of the pan and pour half can of beer into the pan. Heat it until the beer and other ingredients become into a mixture.

Sprinkle some parsley all over the end product and bake it for approximately 5 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • 1 half-full can of beer

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1-1.5 tbsp. cacao
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder

for Sorbet

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

In the first place, to prepare the sorbet, add granulated sugar and orange juice into a saucepan and cook over a low heat until the sugar melts and the juice comes to the boil. When the mixture gets cooked well enough, take the pan off the stove. Then set it aside and wait for it to chill up.

On the other part, to prepare the dough, add flour, cacao and nut along with baking powder and stir them together in a big container. Pour some oil and half can of beer. Knead until the dough gets as thick as an earlobe.

Preheat your oven over medium heat (to 400°F).

  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup paprika sauce
  • Crumpet

Instructions

Heat the oil in a fry-pan. Add garlic and onion into the pan and roast until smooth. Add lime juice, beer, paprika, hot sauce and salt. Roast them near medium heat until they come to the boil. The sauce is ready, set it aside.

In a medium bowl, stir ground beef, salt, oil, garlic and onion together. Give the beef a shape of burger and sop the burgers into the sauce that you’ve set aside. Grill them in a fry-pan for approximately 8 minutes.

Place the grilled meat into the crumpet. Adjust salt and sauce as you please and enjoy!

  • 1 half-full can of beer (any variety)
  • 90 oz. round of beef
  • 1-2 cup beef broth (bouillon)
  • 1 carrot, chopped annularly
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 celery, shredded
  • 1 clove of garlic, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. sunflower seed oil
  • 1 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • Kosher salt
  • Thyme
  • Black pepper
  • Bayleaf

Instructions

Heat butter and oil in a saucepan. Place round beef into the saucepan and grill both sides. Set the meat aside after grilling.

In the same saucepan, add onion, celery, garlic and carrot and saute well. Add tomato sauce along with flour and beer. Pour some more beer as well.

While the mixture keeps heating, place the grilled beef that you’ve set aside together with beef broth and stew until the meat gets fluffy.

After the product gets roasted and the ingredients becomes into a beer-beef mixture, sprinkle some salt, thyme and black pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!
