Super Easy Cheese Dip Recipe with Your Favorite Beer
With today’s amazingly quick and tasteful recipe, you’ll be able to guest your friends at your special meetings and dinner parties through using your most favorite beer and several simple ingredients. Let’s don’t waste any time and take a look at this easy-pleasant flavor immediately.
First of all, adjust your cooker over medium heat. Using a medium sauce pan, melt 1 tbsp. unsalted butter. Then pour the flour onto the pan. After you see that the pan is heated well enough, take it off of the cooker. Pour 2 tbsp. of milk into the pan and whisk until smooth. Whisk in the same amount of milk. Then, pour the rest of the milk in the cup together with the whole package of cream cheese into the pan and whisk again.
Put shredded Cheddar cheese, mozzarella, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, ground black pepper, freshly chopped chives and dijon mustard together into the pan.
Then stir in the beer carefully, spreading all around the pan through the other ingredients.
On your cooker, adjust the heat over medium again and stir all ingredients in the pan until you can see the product at the right thickness. (It roughly takes 3 minutes) When the mixture in the pan takes a form of a bubbling cream, take it off the stove carefully.
Adjust the amount of salt, cayenne and other ingredients as you please.
Don’t forget to whisk after you add an ingredient into the pan to make sure that the additions in the mixture melt in well enough.
